Car or jeep hire, available through the dive centre, is essential. Furthermore, we strongly recommend that at least one person in the group has had previous diving experience on Gozo. Divers who are not yet qualified as PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, or BSAC Sports Diver, or CMAS two-star diver, or equivalent, are required to dive accompanied by an instructor at all times.
Instructors can only offer diving services through a Malta Tourism Authority licensed dive centre and must produce proof of certification, 3rd party insurance coverage and full diving medical.
