Our cancellation, amendment, and no show policies will apply only once your booking has been confirmed.
Booking: A confirmed booking is when we have confirmed and emailed you our payment receipt and voucher.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 7 days or less before check-in date we will charge a 10% cancellation fee for every booking.
If you cancel 8 to 30 days before check-in date we will charge you a 5% cancellation fee for every booking.
To cancel a booking please let us know at least 31 days prior to arrival/check-in date. You can do this by sending us an e-mail on [email protected] or calling us on (+356) 2219 0000 or by sending a fax on (+356) 2155 5661.
Amendment Policy
If you would like to amend your booking, please let us know as early as possible prior to arrival/check-in date.
There will be no charges for any amendments done.
However, these amendments can only be accepted if availability is still possible.
No Show Policy
If you have not canceled your booking and do not check in (No Show) we will have to impose a “no show” charge.
The “no-show” charge depends on your package deal and can vary from 30% up to the total price of the booking. We will do our utmost to keep your “no show” charge as low as possible.
Another service provided by Atlantis Diving Centre is the Foreign Currency Exchange.
One can pay either by
- Credit Card ( Visa, Mastercard ), or
- Traveler’s Cheques, or
- Cash, or
- Bank Transfer
